Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi – Lan Ha Bay – Navi Peak – Bioluminescent Night Kayaking
(Meals: Lunch, Dinner)

07:30: Pick-up from your stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter (if bus service is booked) and depart for Cat Ba Island. We’ll make a few short stops for breaks along the way and take a ferry from Hai Phong to Cat Ba Island.
11:30: Arrive at Ben Beo Pier in Cat Ba, a lively port for fishermen and tourist boats visiting Lan Ha Bay.
12:00-12:30: Transfer by fast canoe to Viet Hai Village, nestled within Cat Ba’s lush jungle, surrounded by forests and mountains. Check into your cozy homestay.
Afternoon: Join our guide for a trek to Navi Peak, offering stunning views of Cat Ba National Park, Lan Ha Bay, and Halong Bay. If time allows, climb to the mountain’s summit for even more breathtaking panoramic views.
18:30: Enjoy a delicious local dinner at the homestay.
Evening: Embark on a night kayak in Lan Ha Bay with our guide to witness the magic of bioluminescent planktonand observe the local village’s evening activities.
Overnight: Stay at our homestay in Viet Hai Village.

Day 2: Full Day Boat Tour of Lan Ha Bay
(Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)

07:30: Start your day with breakfast at the homestay restaurant.
08:30: A golf cart will take you from Viet Hai Village to the harbor, where you’ll board a boat for your day on Lan Ha Bay.
Morning: Sail around Lan Ha Bay, admiring the stunning limestone formations and passing by Cai Beo Fishing Village, one of Vietnam’s oldest and largest floating fishing communities.
10:30: Kayak through the Dark and Bright Caves, exploring lagoons, tunnels, and archways in this conservation area. Keep an eye out for the rare Cat Ba langurs (Golden-headed monkeys) that live in the area.
12:30: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch aboard the boat, with stunning views of Halong Bay as you cruise past fascinating rock formations.
13:30: Continue sailing through Southern Halong Bay, passing notable sights like Dau Be Island, Vung Vieng Fishing Village, Le Virgin Arch, and The Kite Arch.
14:30: Stop at the remote and quiet Ba Trai Dao Beach for kayaking, swimming, and relaxing. Explore more lagoons and arches by kayak and discover the hidden Temple Beach.
15:30: Soak in the magical sunset as the boat heads back to the harbor.
16:00: Transfer back to Hanoi by bus.
19:30: Arrive at your stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, concluding your adventure.
