Day 1: Ha Giang City - Quan Ba - Yen Minh - Dong Van Town (B/L/D)

4:00am Arrival in Ha Giang city. Check in at the hostel and rest for a few hours

8:30am After breakfast, meet up with the guide and begin the journey through the Ha Giang loop, visiting key attractions:

Day 2: Dong Van - Ma Pi Leng pass - Nho Que River - Ha Giang city (B/L/-)

9:00am After breakfast, we'll set off for another day of exploration. Get ready for some of the most breathtaking sights in northern Vietnam.

Ma Pi Leng Pass: Prepare to be amazed as we navigate one of the most stunning mountain passes in the region. The dramatic cliffs and winding roads of Ma Pi Leng Pass offer spectacular views that will leave you in awe.

Nho Que River: We'll take a scenic boat trip on the Nho Que River. Drift along the emerald waters, surrounded by towering limestone karsts and lush green hills. The tranquil atmosphere of the river is a perfect contrast to the rugged mountains.

12:00pm We'll stop for lunch in Meo Vac or Mau Due village

1:00pm We'll hop back on the bikes and continue our journey towards Ha Giang City. The ride back will give us more opportunities to take in the stunning landscapes and capture some unforgettable memories

4:00pm Arrival in Ha Giang city. Take some time to reflect on the day's adventures, explore the city a bit more, or simply relax and unwind. Dinner on your own

7:30pm or 9:00pm Board the sleeper bus for the return to Hanoi. Overnight on the bus. Arrive at Hanoi Old Quarter at around 2:00am or 4:00am. Drop off at the drop off location in Hanoi Old Quarter - No. 1 Cho Gao Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.

Is a motorbike international license required for this tour?
Following Vietnamese rules, an international driving permit (IDP) to drive in Vietnam is necessary
If you don't have IDP, we also worked with the local police in Ha Giang, but sometimes the police are very strict and the fine might be around 1.500.000vnd. Please be aware that there is a risk of getting fined by the police

Where can I leave my big backpack/suicase?
If you don't have accommodation in Hanoi, I recommend you go directly to the bus office. You also can check in early and leave your backpack/suitcase there. Your large suitcases or non-essential items can be stored at a hostel in Ha Giang City. I suggest bringing a small bag with essential items to carry on the scooter to ensure your comfort and safety.

The tour involves being on motorbike for long hours, so a moderate level of physical fitness is required. However, the tour is designed to be accessible for most people as we will stop along the roads to get some rest and meals.

What should I pack for the tour?
We recommend packing comfortable and lightweight clothing suitable for warm weather, swimsuite, sturdy footwear, sunscreen, insect repellent, and a hat or sunglasses. We also recommend bringing a camera to capture the stunning landscapes of Ha Giang.
