Itinerary
Day 1: Bai Dinh/Hoa Lu – Trang An – Mua Cave
(Meals included: Lunch, Dinner)
07:30 – 08:00: Our guide will meet you at your hotel/stay, and we’ll start a scenic 110km drive through the countryside. Short break along the way.
Option 1:
10:30: Arrive at Bai Dinh Complex, the largest pagoda in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Nestled at the foot of Dinh Mountain, the complex offers stunning views of the river valley and limestone karsts. Explore highlights such as:

Two massive bronze bells, weighing 27 and 36 tons

The Quan Yin statue with thousands of arms and eyes, and the Gautama Buddha statue.
Option 2:
10:30: Visit the Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel and the Dinh King Temple, dating back to the 17th century.
12:00: Enjoy a delicious lunch featuring local cuisine at our restaurant.
13:00: Depart for the Trang An Grottoes, a 20-square-kilometer area of breathtaking limestone mountains. Embark on a traditional sampan boat, floating gently through caves like Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Dai Cave, and Thanh Truot Cave, and visit temples such as Cao Sơn Temple, Suoi Tien Temple, and Vu Lam Temple.
15:30: Visit Mua Cave and hike to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain for a spectacular panoramic view of the rice valley and surrounding landscapes.
17:00: Check in at your homestay or bungalow. Relax, swim, or unwind before dinner at 19:00. After dinner, enjoy the evening at a poolside bar. (Note: The tour guide will not be available until the next afternoon.)
Day 2: Cuc Phuong National Park – Hanoi
(Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: After breakfast at the bungalow, check out and head to Cuc Phuong National Park with your guide. Your first stop will be the Endangered Primate Rescue Center, where you’ll see langurs, monkeys, and gibbons in their natural environment. The center is dedicated to protecting these species from extinction by maintaining an environment close to their natural habitat.
Lunch: Enjoy lunch at a restaurant recommended by your guide.
Afternoon: Take a trekking trip deep into the jungle to visit the Thousand-Year-Old Tree and, if time allows, explore the Prehistoric Man’s Cave.
16:30: Board the bus for your return to Hanoi.
18:30: Arrive in Hanoi and be dropped off at your stay. Trip ends.
